This project is a renovation and addition to an existing building. The structure was a new three-story composite steel building. This project included classrooms, laboratories, and offices. The Brehm building and arena was totally renovated during this project.

This project consists of a 650-seat sanctuary and education addition to the existing church. The sanctuary features a structural steel truss with long span bar joists allowing a large column free space. There is also an elevated balcony, storage, and mechanical rooms with concrete and bar joist floors. The structure is founded on spread footings.

This project consists of three new two and three story buildings. The buildings include Administrative and Student Services, Arts and Humanities, and Classroom spaces. The structural systems include composite steel elevated floors. The roof is framed with light gage roof trusses and steel beams.
